Automotive Engineering Positions Automotive Engineering Positions (Contract) – Cape Town South Africa Our international client is seeking various skilled, automotive engineering professionals to be involved with their cutting-edge hybrid automobile project. These positions include degreed engineers in the fields of: • Vehicle Integration • Safety • CAE • Program Management • Testing/Validation Functional expertise in any of these disciplines is desired: Vehicle Control, Infotainment Systems Requirements, Thermal Engineering, and Production Integration Engineering, Concept Engineering, Project Management, Simulation and Analysis, Simulation & Analysis Engineering, Mechanical Integration, Ergonomics, Safety and Packaging. The successful candidates will be liaison engineers with the customer and the main team located in Europe, but will also be responsible for engineering work (releases, design, and supplier management). The duration of these assignments is potentially two to three years. Prospective start date for the positions: September/October, 2010. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Any additional compensation details to be determined. Rental housing and vehicle may be provided.
