Portuguese Speakers Needed for Customer Support Roles A great opportunity has opened for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Services Sales Representative for our well established internationally known client offering an exciting career opportunity for Portuguese speaking Inbound Call Centre Agent. With an international based cliental they offer customer support in 20 different languages across the globe. You will be joining a well trained and dedicated Portuguese speaking customer support team. Offices located in a popular location in Cape Town in walking distance to shops and restaurants and very close to major event venues such as Cape Town Conference Centre and the new Cape Town Stadium. They offer a fully serviced, furnished office space and a dynamic team of individuals. Your task would be to serve customers in Portuguese with their bookings and general enquiry requests. Requirements: - Fluent in Portuguese is a must and English - Matric and relevant certificates - Great customer service skills - Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team - A loyal, dedicated and mature work manner - Good computer skills - Experience in travel/tourism, professional call centre or customer service - Experienced and well presented Remuneration: Competitive basic salary, Medical Aid (Discovery Health as the selected Medical Aid Provider), Provident Fund Contribution (10% of monthly basic) and an opportunity to grow within ones career.
