Receptionist with good Powerpoint skill Receptionist (with Powerpoint skills) Centurion R6 000 per month TOTAL COST TO COMPANY Should have at least 1 year switchboard experience Good PC skills Reports to Support Services Manager. Reception – door and phone. Client care – tea, etc. Secretarial functions to Support Manager. Stay and travel arrangements of Support Manager. Prepare presentations / powerpoint slides, etc. Design invites cards, notes, etc. on request. Assist with Corporate Governance on new contracts, etc. Receive and distribute faxes. Assist with photocopies, faxes, filing, typing. Assist with packing and distribution of promotional items. Assist with venue preparation, reception at functions, etc. Experience on front desk and handling reception Typing and general office administration Excellent English and Afrikaans speak/read and write (as there are a lot of Afrikaans clients) Email CV to julia at workhouse.co.za |
