Site Construction Manager, Residential

Key responsibilities:

Manage and co-ordinate the on-site safety meetings, initiatives and enforce legal

requirements while holding regular audits

Enforce a stop and fix culture related to all non-standard operations on site.

Liaise and co-ordinate between the site contractor’s management teams, the

engineers and the clients’ representative across all disciplines

Manage the contractor’s schedules against contractual programs, utilising site

supervisors to do daily monitoring

Manage all site based QCP’s through the discipline supervisors utilising our client standard

documents

Manage timesheets, leave and other HR issues of existing clients site team

Approve time off and leave





Minimum requirements:

Minimum ND Technical Qualification (Building)

5 to 10 years experience in Construction Management

5 years residential housing construction management experience

Familiar with the NHBRC

Appropriate formal Safety qualification

SACMP registration would be an advantage

Computer Literacy i.e. MS Office including MS Projects
