Electrical Foreman

•The supervision of artisans in the maintenance and installation of electrical equipment and services. It includes the administration and management of assigned resources within the designated area towards effective operation of the Operational Unit.
•Train & instructs subordinates on detailed procedures.
•Conduct periodic inspections and give on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work assignments, assure availability of equipment, materials and supplies.
•Enforce safety regulations, rules and working conditions in terms of Mine Health & Safety Regulations
•Train personnel in the safe operation of equipment and tools
•Ensure effective management of all plant instrumentation, control and electrical systems
•Continuously improve overall equipment effectiveness by implementing and administering effective process for getting work done, particularly in areas of preventative maintenance and spares management.
•Implement maintenance procedures on all plant instrumentation, control and electrical systems.
•Initiate and implement plant improvements and projects to sustain optimal plant performance and availability.
•Interact effectively with production personnel and team members to identify their requirements.
•Continuously ensure compliance in the working environment with legal and Site Risk Control standards and report all deviations.
