Project Coordinator We are looking for someone to help start up and launch a new, innovative publishing product. We need an additional member of staff to help us launch the business into Joburg. You will be self motivated, well organised and confident to speak to new customers with an interest in sales and customer service with access to a car for local travel. You should also be trustworthy, organised with excellent communication skills and a good ability to work with the main Microsoft Office packages. Fundamental to this product’s marketing is a fundraising element and we have an aim to raise R1m in the first 2 years of trading for good causes. This is, as mentioned, a start up and carries the associated risks with it. Success will be dependent on a number of things but mostly on you and the team! Salary level up to R8000 per month plus performance related bonus. Key roles and responsibilities include: Liaising with customers Liaising with advertisers on the telephone and on visits to finalise details of agreements. Fulfilling orders Actively being involved in marketing and direct selling. Generating channels to market through direct contact, email and telephone Maintaining up to date back office systems Part time work may be considered if this suits the demands of the business.
