Junior Area Manageress We require your experience as a Store Manager with minimum 3 years Management experience to oversee a range of 6 stores in Cape Town. Only applicants who have experience in the clothing and shoe sector in retail will be applicable The company has a fabulous upmarket range of trendy shoes. Duties: •Reporting to the Director on all issues and working according to the Company's policies and procedures •Management of staff •Daily visits to the Retail Stores •Shift schedules for casual and permanent staff •Schedule to outline store visits planned and purpose •Identify problems, find solutions & report back to Director •Hold bi-monthly store meetings •Check the daily takings of the stores at each visit •Ensure stock takes are carried out as per Head Office •Help stores achieve targets – support, assist & guide staff •Asses use of casuals & their hours •Keep a detailed file on each store •Regularly inform & give feedback to Director Essential Requirements: •Matric •A minimum of 4 years relevant industry experience Management (must be in the clothing retail environment) •Own vehicle & drivers license •This position requires your exceptionally well groomed appearance to be the front face of the company Salary: R12 500 CTC(Includes a 15% provident pension fund contribution) Petrol & cellphone are remunerated If you would like to apply for this position, please email your CV & a recent photograph |
