Healthcare Sales - Junior Consultant Targets and KPAs must be strictly adhered to and will be reviewed at least weekly. Corporate experience preferred but not completely necessary. Cold-calling experience (telephonic preferable) and research ability are key and non-negotiable. Researching the business to business market to find prospective clients – i.e. find your own leads Cold calling decision makers at prospects and arranging a meeting for Senior Consultant Attending meetings with the Senior Sales consultant to learn the healthcare business and proper presentation skills Daily updating of Senior Sales consultant diary Preparing presentations, presentation packs etc Tracking meeting results Follow up administration with client Prepare proposals Interact with clients at a senior level Grow a pipeline of prospects Present to decision makers on Healthcare Value Proposition Once enough experience is gained, attend meetings and close business on your own Good PC skills specifically Microsoft Office 120 FAIS credits (could be FPI / Wealth Management, etc...) Experience: At least 4-7 years sales experience, preferably exiting a consultative selling environment. Experience in Financial Services an advantage.
