Financial Director Qualified CA (SA) required to join Executive team of Outdoor Advertising Agency. H/O based in Mautitius, thus Board meetings to be attended in Mauritius. Co. has several branches in Africa, thus some travel to African branches. Candidate will report to CEO. All financial reporting is done in US Dollars thus Forex and CFC Banking experience essential. Duties: Min of 3 years commercial working experience will come in handt when doing financial account consolidations, cash flow forcasts, budgers, SA Tax returns and overseeing African Branch Tax returns. Preperation and presentation of full Financials (Board Pacs) and involvement with year end audits.Supervise 5 staff.
