ACCOUNT MANAGER MINING INDUSTRY ACCOUNT MANAGER Mobile Mining Equipment Wear Parts and Consumables Boksburg R 300 000.00 – R 400 000 per Annum Performance Bonus, Company Vehicle & Company benefits A leading designer and manufacturer of technical wear solutions to the global mining industry, in line with its expansion plans into Africa, requires a young dynamic Account Manager to support it’s goals in growing its presence in South Africa selling consumable products for mining excavators and shovels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and growth of product lines within the Mining Division in the Southern African region and will assist our Johannesburg based team in the development of plans for the region in line with corporate objectives and values. Minimum Experience and Academic Requirements: o Trade/Technical qualifications relevant to Industry o Academic qualifications in sales/marketing would be preferable o Trade, Mining or Mobile Equipment background preferred. o Proven Track Record in Mobile Equipment Sales (or similar) (Minimum 3 Years) o Computer literate in MS Outlook/ Word/Excel Minimum Key Skills Areas & Requirements: o Commercially astute o Familiar with RSA and SADEC mining operations. o Familiarity with mining operations in other African countries will be looked upon favourably. o Willing to travel extensively in Southern Africa. o Johannesburg based. o Have existing relationships within the Mining Industry o English and Afrikaans speaking (preferably home language) Only candidates with relevant experience and qualifications need apply Only South African Citizens will be considered CANDIDATES NOT CONTACTED WITHIN 2 WEEKS HAVE NOT BEEN SHORT LISTED
