Trainer CSSO To implement the training strategy within CSSO (Customer Operations Area - Call Centre) through the application of Training Cycle processes including thorough needs analysis, training programme delivery and the assessment of training. To build, manage and maintaing relationships with suppliers, customers and key business partners. Minimum Requirements: Certificate in EDT Practices or equivalent qualification in Training and Development. At least 2 years training experience.
