Food & Beverage Manager Resorts group looking for F&B Manager. Requirements: Full responsibilities of Food & Beverage Department,Restaurant of 200 seats Marketing, Liaise with Clients, Conferencing, Administration, Assist in other departments. Need to be above the aft 35years. Excellent communication skills, to perform under pressure, computer literate and to know system Cuisine manager and food cost administration system. 5 years experience in F&B department, valid code 8 drivers license. Candidate to be prepared to work shifts, evenings and long hours. To Manage 35 staff members
