Senior Food & Beverage Manager Resorts group looking for Senior F&B Manager. Requirements: Full responsibility of Food & Beverage Department including A la Carte, Banqueting, functions, Marketing, Liaise with Clients, Conferencing, Administration, Assist in other departments. Need excellent communication skills, to perform under pressure, computer literate and to know system Cuisine manager and food cost administration system. 5 yrs experience in F&B department as a Senior, valid code 8 drivers licence. Caniddate to be prepared to work shifts, evenings and long hours
