Our customers and office have driven advancements to the technology offered in our product as it proves its flexibility and value as a tailored business improvement solution.

We seek an outstanding and highly motivated individual to sell our business solution to companies who are looking to benefit from improved productivity and safety performance and reduced maintenance costs. Such a candidate will be able to highlight the need and create a sense of urgency in prospects, competently manage the entire sales cycle, negotiate win-win commercial outcomes and efficiently close deals to meet sales revenue quotas.

You must have a strong track record in complex business to business technology sales, and must have consistently met or exceeded sales targets. Your success in a solutions based sales environment will be demonstrated by new business and further penetrating existing accounts. You are disciplined and efficient at developing effective sales / business plans supported by flawless execution.

You will be able to develop and maintain relationships with all buying influences from the executive level to management and be skilled in the application of strategic and consultative selling. This role requires travel within Africa.

Tertiary qualifications are required, ideally in a technical or related discipline, as is proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of simulation is not required.

Remuneration package comprising a base salary, uncapped and hyper commissions, and super will be structured to attract and secure the highest calibre candidates
