Customer Services Representative CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE To increase profitability through continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and Seton’s logistics process by providing accurate, timely external communication during the fulfillment of orders for Seton customers. The candidate must meet the following requirements: Minimum Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent Relevant tertiary qualification. University degree preferred for advancement Demonstrated proficiency and experience in inter-departmental and customer communications Experience in the automotive sector preferred Computer Literacy of advance MS Office tools Duties and responsibilities for this position are: • Updates of actual delivery performance against customer priorities • Compilation of packing schedules from customer orders • Compile and update car build comparisons • Capture customer forecasts to ensure reaction time of 24-hours is met • Assist with ad hoc reporting when required • Obsolescence claim investigation and substantiation • Communicate internally and externally regarding orders status • Coordinate customer requests and organize answers in less than 24 hours from receipt • Timely communication of changes in order status to customers and marketing department • Maintenance of information systems regarding actual orders vs. forecasts • Convert car build programs to forecasts at the item level • Interface with Marketing to coordinate part run-outs and engineering changes • Support Marketing and Collections Departments in analyzing and resolving customer queries The successful candidate must possess: • High awareness of and sense of urgency to meet deadlines • Ability to follow instructions and interact with all levels of the organization • Well developed communication skills |
