Legal Advisor The Legal Department in Cape Town currently has a vacancy for a Legal Advisor who reporting to the Head of Legal will be responsible and accountable for resolving legal matters of a commercial nature pertaining to the business, negotiating, drafting and vetting contracts as well as providing legal support and advice on day - to -day issues. Job Outputs •Negotiate, draft and vet contracts •Provide legal advice on day - to - day issues •Manage litigation and dispute resolution •Liaise with external consultants •Provide input on product development and company strategy •Build and maintain relationships with other business divisions Qualifications and Experience •LLB or similar relevant degree •Admitted Attorney •5years post -admission experience in commercial law and drafting of contracts •Experience in ICT Law •Exposure to ICT or telecommunications industry would be advantageous
