ASSISTANT TO DIRECTORS - REALLIFE CONCEPTS - CONCEPT & BRAND DEVELOPMENT JOB DESCRIPTION: • Manage directors diaries, appointments, email and correspondence • Liaise between team and directors in order to stick to briefings, deadlines, planning and filter work prior to submission to directors • Co ordinate brainstorm sessions, compile proposals after meetings, brief team • PR responsibility, liaise with clients, strategic support in correspondence and ensure ability to stand in for Directors in their absence • Ability to plan and prioritize, direct team • Maintain electronic and manual filing system and responsible for administration such as Pastel, accounting • Quotes, budgets, invoicing, payments and payroll • Prepare and arrange internal and external meetings • Follow up on all client quotes, maintain relationships • Support of company vision and values SKILLS REQUIRED: • Strong communication skills • Excellent in Microsoft office • Adobe CS, Pastel knowledge an advantage • Experience in similar company of at least 3 years • Higher education or university degree in marketing communication PERSONALITY TRAITS: • Able to handle pressure, deadlines, ad-hoc requests • Excellent communicator with good writing skills • Well presented, well spoken • Efficient and accurate • Assertive self starter • Trustworthy • Ambitious and determined to grow career • Good commercial business sense • Able to inspire and work well with team • Live max 45 mins from CBD Only applicants with above skill, knowledge and abilities need apply.
