Customer Support Customer Support Flexible position at an hourly rate Yuri Arcurs is the world’s top selling microstock photographer. After years of selling our images on different stock websites, we are moving forward with our own stock photography website! We need to gather together a dynamite team to support this website and provide assistance to our customers. This call centre support team will be dealing with customers all over the world, engaging with them to find the perfect image for their needs and clear up any problems that may arise. We will need patient, understanding and hardworking people in this position to give our customers the best service they could wish for! This position involves duties like: Answering telephonic queries Follow-up with clients Calling new clients for feedback Creating image collections for buyers Sourcing of images for buyers Marketing of images to relevant clients Customer assistance We are looking for someone who is very service-minded with an excellent use of the English language. You need to have a clear, pleasant speaking voice with little or no accent. The perfect person would be extremely friendly and persuasive, with the ability both to diffuse a tense situation and to create a inviting atmosphere over the phone. You must be willing to work shifts and prepared to go “the extra mile” to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideally we need someone with a good eye for images, who would be able to match a customer’s description to the perfect photograph.
