Home Agent / Reservation & Ticketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Ticketing manual/automated
- Handling of reservations with the corresponding reservation system (CRS)
- Tele sales; product and destination advice

Key Skills and Knowledge:

- Excellent knowledge of Airline - CRS (e.g. Amadeus/Sabre/Gabriel)
- IATA — Knowledge , experiences in ticketing
- Experiences in the tourism sector
- Fluency in German, good command of English, further languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work by agreement
- Punctuality and reliability
