GERMAN speaking Assistant Front Office Manager for 5* Hotel Our client, a 5* Hotel near Cape Town is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager. Requirements: • At least 2 years 5-star hotel experience • Front Office experience in a supervisory position • Excellent computer experience (outlook, Microsoft word, excel, etc) • Protel Smart Reservations System knowledge (or similar) • Excellent written and communication skills & telephone manner • Ability to speak other languages preferred • Staff Management: training, supervising, conflict management, etc. • Guest Liaison • Conference knowledge • Knowledge of the tour operator / travel agent market • Maintenance of web listings as well as updating rates and specials on home website • Good accounting skills for night audit purposes • Good time management and organisational skills • Proficiency in the English & German language Please contact Simone Braun for more information and send your CV plus relevant references and your letter of Motivation to sbraun(at)arbeiteninkapstadt.com |
