German Customer Sales & Service Representative A stunning opportunity exists for German Speaking agents to join an international Airline call centre delivering a high level of customer service and sales by handling customer contacts as directed in a focussed and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be able to meet the following criteria: Fluency in German and English Ability to resolve customer complaints Computer Literacy – Accurate keyboard skills (40 words per minute) Previous call centre experience advantageous Previous work experience in travel / tourism environment – advantageous Ability to work flexible shifts Clear credit and criminal record Own / Reliable transport Behavioural Competencies: Positive attitude to delivering excellence in customer service in a contact centre environment Enthusiastic and confident telephone manner Outcome focussed and willing to be assessed on contact centre key performance indicators Self motivated and able to apply initiative to solve problems and improve work processes Willing to assist knowledge and development of colleagues Effective in a team based environment and supportive of team objectives Communicates information effectively in a friendly and supportive manner Calm and methodical decision maker Understands and values the commercial impact of decisions Purpose: Demonstrate excellence in customer service and sales by achieving specified performance standards in the handling of events that include the following: o Telephone calls o faxes o emails, etc Contribute to the continuous improvement of contact centre operations and support contact centre business. |
