IT Network Administrator The person will report to the IT Manager and be responsible for first level support to end-users, by assisting with regular maintenance of network, end-user requirements and resources. The incumbent must have basic network skills including printing, DHCP, DNS and basic TCP/IP configuration and also be responsible for all servers and system backups. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications on a work- station and server level is essential. Envisaged is a person with 2 – 3 years experience in a broad range of networking environments, who preferably holds a Microsoft MCSE or other related certification. The position requires an energetic, lateral thinker with sound analytical and problem solving skills complemented by exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
