CONTACT CENTER MANAGER (FRENCH SPEAKING) JOB DESCRIPTION: Working in the customer services department, the Contact Center Manager will be answering customers’ queries with regards to their shipment, updating Contact Center procedures, taking appointments for sales representative based in Paris, checking all the appointments which have been taken by the Contact Center operators. S/he will provide a weekly statistics report with regards to the Contact Center activities, train on the CC procedures and monitoring call handling by the call center agents. S/he will be responsible for the recruitment of Contact Center agents. Other duties determined from time to time by the Management. SKILLS REQUIRED: • As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have completed their BAC (Matric /A’ Levels/ High school certificate), must be able to work independently and have a sense of duty (knowledge of logistical and transportation methods will be an added advantage). • Strictness and responsiveness are essential to this post • Ability to synthesize information, ability to rationalize and a good sense of customer care are essential in order to find the best way of effectively resolving claims, for the benefit of both the company and the client. • COMPUTER LITTERATE • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team • Excellent and effective oral communication skills • Must speak and write French and English
