| HR Officer Our Client, based in Edenvale, urgently requires the services of an HR Officer. Details are as follows : Start Date:ASAP Salary:Market Related Job Type:Permanent Introduction:All suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for this vacancy. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Key Performance Areas:Co ordinate and ensure timeous submission of payroll related information Ensure maintenance & coordination of internal Industrial relations Co ordination & communication of training development requirements. Maintenance of statutory report requirements. Ensure currency of HR administration policies and practices HR project co ordination Skills and Qualifications:Matric with HR Diploma. Min 5 years in an HR admin environment or 2 years as an HR Officer in a generalist role, preferably in Transport/Logistics environment. Experience interacting with Unions and Bargaining Council. Strong Business Acumen. Strong planning and organizing skills. Extremely committed and highly motivated. Facilitation and negotiation skills. Computer literate & problem solving abilities. Must be persuasive and assertive with tact. The ability to work well in a pressurized and team environment. The ability to communicate on various levels. Closing Date:26 November 2009 |
