Admin Controller Key performance areas would include, but are not limited to: o Effectively manage subordinates, ensuring competent & motivated people o Effectively manage the daily administration function within the Distribution Centre o Effectively manage and co-ordinate the monthly internal audit checks for the Distribution centre. o Effectively manage the procurement process & liaising with clients o Processing of purchase requisitions o Optimise the accounts payable processes. o Efficient & accurate reconciling of GL and bank accounts o Co-ordinate the preparation of budgets and forecasts o Monthly variance analysis (actual spend against budget) o Efficiently maintain the Quality Management System (ISO9001) o Preparation and consolidation of all monthly reporting, including reporting to Head office o Ad hoc investigations o Plan and host corporate functions o OPEX Control Key Competencies required: o Administration o Auditing o Budgeting o Business Acumen o Distribution o Finance o Management Information Systems The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills: o Grade 12 is the minimum requirement o A recognized financial qualification will be advantageous o 3 – 5 years experience in a similar environment o Strong administration skills with a financial background, o Fully computer literate in MS Office, Excel, SAP. o Proven leadership abilities o Excellent communication skills. o Proven interaction / interpersonal skills. o The ability to work independently as well as within a team. |
