| PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR Key Performance Areas include: • Processing of all staff salaries on VIP • Reconciliation of hours worked to salaries paid • Capture training records onto as received from Training Co-ordinator • Capture leave information onto system as per approved leave form • Keep accurate staff movement records and update the system accordingly • Keep accurate records of staff loans and manage the repayment plans • Administer garnishee orders from SARS • Process all EFT salary payments on Bankit • Attend to all payroll related queries • Load all new employees onto the salary system as per approved TCC structure supplied by HOD of Finance • Reconcile PAYE, Skills development Levy and UIF payment schedules on a monthly basis and forward to Senior Accountant for payment processing of statutory returns • Reconcile PAYE deductions on the payroll to payments made to SARS at the end of the financial year • Process and balance IRP5 certificates • Submit Tax records to the receiver of revenue electronically • Submit UIF records to the Unemployment Insurance Fund electronically. Preferred requirements: EDUCATION: • Personnel Administration or similar qualification EXPERIENCE: • 3 years Payroll Administration experience |
