Customer Service Representative - Call Centre International Hosting Company requires neutral accented staff that are passionate about websites and hosting. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting non-technical clients telephonically and via email with building their own websites and troubleshooting thereof. Basic requirements are: • Matric • Credit and Criminal Clearance • An IT qualification would be an added advantage • Reliable transport • Ability to work 24/7 shifts (Not negotiable) • Proven experience in supporting web-based applications or software systems • Solid understanding of internet terminology, navigation, and applications • Customer service and/or call centre experience in a 24/7 environment This is a permanent position that is based in the Cape Town CBD, annual salary R120 000.
