Team Leader International Hosting Company requires neutral accented Team Leaders that are passionate about websites and hosting to manage and direct Call Centre Agent activities. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring resources are utilised efficiently, in accordance with objectives and in ways that consistently promote customer quality and satisfaction. Basic requirements are: • Matric • Credit and Criminal Clearance • An IT qualification would be an added advantage • Reliable transport • Ability to work 24/7 shifts (Not negotiable) • Proven experience in supporting web-based applications or software systems • Solid understanding of internet terminology, navigation, and applications • Customer service and/or call centre experience in a 24/7 environment • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Contact Centre supervising staff • Proven ability to coach staff This is a permanent position that is based in the Cape Town CBD, annual salary R160 000.00.
