Service Advisor An opportunity for a Service Advisor position has become available within the Motor Industry at our clients Cape Town Dealership. Our client believes in providing full dedication to customer satisfaction in all aspects of their business and we will therefore only consider individuals who meet with all the below minimum requirements of this position. Minimum Requirements: Matric or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years working experience within a Customer Services Advisory role (face-to-face & telephonic) in a large automotive dealership /or similar service industry Mechanical knowledge or aptitude would be advantageous as well as a genuine interested in the automotive industry Proven selling skills Computer literate – MS Office Well groomed, professional and approachable in overall approach Able to work within a team as well as independently Motivated, dedicated, reliable and punctual Key Performance Areas: Provide an exceptional reception service for clients by telephone or in person Maintain and monitor appointment system Plan, organise, lead and control total service management operations Maintain service and parts coordination through regular meetings with Parts & Service Manager Create cost & invoice customer quotes and repair orders Manage follow-up process with customers in regards to customer services rendered Manage complaint resolutions Maintain regular contact with the manufacturers Assume duties of “Safety representative” in accordance with the OHASA regulations Provide general administration support Assist customers with queries and where necessary escalate to relevant person/s In return our client offers: Monthly Basic Salary from R8 000 per month (Negotiable depending experience, skills, strong proven customer services track record) Additional incentive of R3000 on achieving personal labour sales target Over and above contribution of 50% towards Medical aid and Provident Fund 50% Customer service driven work environment Supportive Management Team |
