Customer Service Agent - Fix Term Contract Our client is looking for a Customer Services Agent to join their Customer Services Department at their Cape Town based branch. This National Logistics Company is one of the leaders within their market and will only consider prospective candidates that are truly familiar with the phrase of “Delivering World Class Customer Service”. Minimum Requirements Two years proven relevant experience Freight/Courier background in all areas (administration, customer services, operations, etc.) would be advantageous Ability to work within a pressurised and fast paced environment Computer literate and fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) A sense of urgency, thoroughness and completion Able to work on Saturday mornings once a month Job description Handle queries from clients, agents and other branches on a national level. Tracking and tracing of consignments and their current status, bad address shipments, copy proof of deliveries (POD’s) and verbal delivery details. Ensure relevant information is obtained and passed on to the client, agent or branch within the quickest possible turnaround time.
