Technical Personell Qualifications Diploma in electronics with 3-5 years work experience in research and development environment (R&D) Information technology (IT) experience. Responsibilities SL needs to appoint software / electronic technician with the following responsibilities • Develop CCTV system hardware sub systems • Develop test bench. • Develop software test procedures. • Server backups, maintenance and support. • PCB construction, maintenance and repairs. • Build proto types. • External client liaison • Project management of R&D projects. • IT support –  Build of new PC  Loading of all software (operating system + applications)  Setup and configuration of printers  Network fault finding  • Imbedded microcontroller programming (C language- Atmel Microcontroller). • MR system maintenance and enhancements. The need to phase in a new technician into his role and responsibilities is very necessary for SL as soon as possible.
