Divisional Manager FIT One of our clients is looking for a Divisional Manager FIT Reservations. Duties: • Build up and control a team of consultants and team leaders • Supervise workflow and procedures of daily duties • Do weekly briefings regarding department queries and problems • Quality control and margins of entered bookings • Create cost awareness within the department • Process, analyze and action on turn around times and workload reports • Research and be aware of competitor’s products • Establish sustainable relationships to suppliers and agents • Will be responsible for the emergency contact phone 24/7 • Assist in the planning of staffing requirements • Build up and maintain a high level of motivation and team spirit • Establish clear targets for your staff and carry out annual appraisals • Interact closely with HR regarding discipline issues Requirements: • Ability to train, lead, control and motivate a diverse team of reservations consultants and team leaders • Must have a min of 5yrs reservations background with excellent product knowledge • Management / staff management experience essential, including delegation and quick and accurate decision making skills • Ability to represent the company to internal / external stakeholders and interested parties • Strong ability to interface with overseas agents • Work well under pressure • Working knowledge of Tourplan is an advantage • Broader tourism industry experience is an advantage • Existing relationships within the industry Please contact Simone Braun for more information and send your CV plus relevant references and your letter of Motivation to sbraun(at)arbeiteninkapstadt.com
