| Customer Service Manager Requirement Overview At Paarl Media, printing is not just about putting ink on paper. We specialise in the production of high quality magazines, catalogues, brochures and periodicals. Paarl Media now stands at the threshold of its next major phase of an ongoing evolution which commenced at its formation in 2000. We are establishing a new web offset, magazine and commercial printing operation in KwaZulu-Natal which will become operational towards July 2010 at our new premises in Mahogany Ridge, Pinetown. Key Duties & Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the formulation of the sales and marketing strategy of the business, oversee the execution of the strategy and co-ordinate the efforts of the company’s sales team to realise the set sales targets. Skills, Experience & Education We are seeking to appoint a person with the relevant tertiary qualification and who has extensive experience in sales, the development of new business opportunities, pricing and estimating. Previous experience in the printing and or media industry is not an absolute requirement but will be advantageous. The successful candidate will possess exceptional management and interpersonal skills, with proven experience of sales, key account management, as well as company brand management, with a clear understanding of financial and production processes. The exceptional business acumen and commercial awareness of the successful candidate will be complemented by good communication skills and a strong numerical competency.
