Capable Managing Director required immediately for heavy duty gearbox and axle company Capable Managing Director required immediately for heavy duty gearbox and axle company. Candidate would oversee the company as a whole, procurement from the local market and abroad, advertising and sales to promote work for workshops and spares; quoting accordingly. A go-getter attitude with an interest to pick up any needed product knowledge. Hands on in a workshop environment. MBA or very good Managerial qualifications and experience would be required. This role will be a challenge with the company a shadow of its former self after years of poor management. Aside from the managerial experience listed above, the ideal candidate would be bilingual with experience on various makes of transmissions and axles. Salary will be based on the performance of the company
