| Sourcing Manager Functions: - To source and identify suitable suppliers from different African countries (Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Botswana, Malawi etc…). - To visit different suppliers to see their potential strength and asses their price, quality, lead time level & their suitability to work with the company. - To work together with Product manager on price negotiation and make sure all quality system-procedures are understood and followed by the suppliers. - To support them where ever technical-quality assistance required, organize the inspection activities to make sure right time shipments are achieved. - Start to develop different samples with potential suppliers to see their quality –price level. Requirements: - At least 10 years with a strong working experience in Garment sourcing, production field with minimum 5 years working experience in Africa. - Prior working experience in Morocco, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, and Tunisia would be added advantage for this position. - Diploma or Bachelor Degree educational qualification in Textile field is required.
