About the company: Established in 2006, the company is highly recognised and influential within the e-Commerce industry. Holding the Service Level Agreement with high end European clients, the company offers Customer Support, Fraud Prevention and Financial Services. Increased market share, has brought about vast growth and hence the recruitment of additional skilled candidates. The company is comprised of young, vibey, highly driven and intelligent employees who operate in a fast paced environment. Overview of the Role: The position responsibilities involve contacting of new and lapsed clients to convince and or negotiate new and continued business. The outbound calls will be directed to clientele based in the European region. The Marketing Support Agents will be required to have a natural sales ability and are to contact the clients in an upbeat manner which reflects our brand. Who we are looking for: Coupled with professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record within the sales field. The successful candidate must have the following: - Past Outbound telesales experience; a minimum of 2 years - Excellent communication in German - Organisational skills - Ability and past experience of contacting and selling to a variety of clientele up to executive level. In addition the candidate must be able to provide examples of: - Reaching and exceeding targets - Working in a commission driven environment - Selling over the phone - Negotiating with potential customers - Customer service experience The candidate must be willing to work in a shift environment.
