Reconciliation Specialist

Based in Green Point, operating within the e-commerce industry and dealing with international clientele, we are seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. We are a young, dynamic team, made up of many cultures and languages, where we operate in a quality driven and fast paced climate. We urgently seek to fill the Reconciliation Specialist vacancy.

Position Overview:
The candidate will report directly to the Financial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible to complete the following:

• Accounts reconciliation
• Sales Reconciliations
• Updating and maintaining accounts Ledgers
• Various Treasury Functions
• Reconcile settlement report
• Ad Hoc Accounts duties
• Ad Hoc Administrative duties

Essential Requirements
• Recognised Financial Qualification
• Financial Background- minimum of 2 years
• Advanced Excel skills
• Very High Attention to detail
• Out the box thinking
• Adaptable
• Dependable
• Deadline driven
• Self motivated
• Team Player
• Excellent Email and internet competency
• Excellent language skills verbal and written (English)
• A clear ITC record
• Past experience within the e-commerce industry – advantage


Remuneration:
R9000 to R11000 – dependent on experience
