English Contact Centre Agent- Marketing Support Who we are looking for: Coupled with professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record within the sales field. The successful candidate must have the following: - Past Outbound telesales experience; a minimum of 2 years - Excellent communication in English - Organisational skills - Ability and past experience of contacting and selling to a variety of clientele up to executive level. In addition the candidate must be able to provide examples of: - Reaching and exceeding targets - Working in a commission driven environment - Selling over the phone - Negotiating with potential customers - Customer service experience The candidate must be willing to work the following shifts on a weekly rotational basis - 07:00- 15:00, 15:00- 23:00, 23:00- 07:00.
