Closing date Friday 29 October 2010 An international company is looking for a Product Project Manager Qualifications o A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronic/Mechanical); o A qualification in Project Management and relevant project management experience in a technical environment. Specific experience required o Project Management in an operations environment; o Knowledge and experience in production control systems, Material Resource Planning Systems; o Exposure and experience in a high tech Production environment; o Knowledge and experience with project management software e.g. MS Project Specific competencies required o Leading through vision, leadership capabilities; o Aligning performance for success; o Customer Focus; o Quality Orientation; o Continuous Improvement; o Planning and organizing, Results Driven, pro-active; o Strategic decision making; o Good communication Skills, written and verbal; o Good problem solving skills; o Calm disposition with good inter personal skills, team player; Key duties o Coordinate operations team members activities in order to maximize client satisfaction; o Compile, communicate and manage production delivery schedules; o Liaise with client on MPS, delivery schedule, problems etc etc; o Liaise with design authority on technical issues in conjunction with Production Engineer; o Attend CCB meetings and take responsibility to ensure correct implementation of decisions.
