NO CLINICAL RESEARCH EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, JUST A DESIRE TO ENTER THE CLINIC TRIAL RESEARCH ENVIRONMENT. POST COMM SERVICE
Requirements:
 The position will suite an individual that has a passion for clinical trails and clinical research and wants to make this a career.
 This is a tough, demanding job
 The candidate must have:
-Enormous emotional intelligence
-Creative problem solving abilities
-The ability to think out of the box whilst being able to stick to protocol
 Structured, project management skills
 Must be disciplined
 Must have good communication skills – written and verbal
 Must be level headed under pressure
 Must have strong admin skills:
-Data
-Data Queries
 Must be a Team Worker
 Must have the ability to Manage Nursing Sisters ± 4

The Ideal Candidate:
 Looking for good working hours
 Working hours will be from 07:00 to 15:00
 Young
 Initiative
 Self starter and go getter
 Sense of urgency

Study:
 Oncology / Diabetes / Cardio Vascular / Arthritis
 Dedicated clinical trails centre
 50/50 PT Contact / Project Management

Other Requirements:
 Design and write up source notes using templates
 PC Literate – Microsoft Word
 Relevant experience not essential – can be trained
 Attitude 100% important
 Recruitment of patients
 Strategic thinking ability
 Resourceful
 Find the solution
 Must have enormous amount of common sense
 Passion for Clinical Trails, must be what they want to do for ever
 See patients in the morning
 Electronic case reporting in the afternoons
 Dealing with Lab’s and Radiology
 Consult with Study Co-ordinators
 Managing the screening process
 Multi tasking ability
