Radiotherapists x 2 My client, a large private hospital in Durban is seeking the services of two radiotherapists. Please see below info: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for accurate planning and treatment of patients • Exceptional patient care • Quality assurance of folders and equipment • Maintenance of high standards of protocols and procedures in the hospital and the department QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Preferable Degree in Radiotherapy • Current registration and good standing with the HPCSA • Experience in all aspects of radiotherapy • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Be a highly motivated, methodical individual who pays attention to detail • Able to use own initiative • Must be able to communicate at all levels • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Positive outlook and prepared to work as part of a team • Ability to work in any area of the department and flexible hours as patient load demands • Exceptional standards for accuracy • Self- motivation NON-MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES • Managing work: Managing ones time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. • Building Customer Loyalty: Effectively meeting customer needs, building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Adaptability: Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment. • Quality Orientation: Originating action to improve existing work processes and conditions for improved quality of outputs. • Work Standards: Setting high standards of performance for self and others, self imposing standards of excellence.
