HR Sales Executive Open position : Sales Executive Salary range : Excellent base plus commission package Location : Randburg Our client, a leading South African Company, provides innovative HR solutions through a web based platform. Our strategy is to develop sales channels through partners supplying high quality HR expertise and support, Experience / Profile: • Established track record in sales (at least 6-10 years), with solutions which have made a positive contribution to resolving business challenges. • Capable of understanding and empathising with the HR challenges faced by management in the private sector. • Ideally has experience in HR, but as a minimum, experience with working with HR service providers. • A numbers driven focus with a history of consistently meeting and exceeding budgets. • Proven success in a start-up, entrepreneurial environment • Excellent skills in identifying and converting opportunities which are relevant to our offer • Superb presentation, management and negotiation skills Key Responsibilities: • Identify prospective partners to sell the product on a white label basis to end users • Execute sales plans • Achieve quarterly sales revenue targets • Successfully pursue and manage multiple sales opportunities from initial contact through to close • Develop effective sales presentations and proposals to support channel partners for their potential clients • Identification and development of additional sales channels.
