HR Implementation Consultant Implementation Consultant - HR Position : Implementation Consultant Location : Randburg Our client, a leading South African Company, provides innovative HR solutions through a web based platform. Their strategy is to develop sales channels through partners supplying high quality HR expertise and support, We are looking for an implementation and support consultant, whose key purpose is advise, implement, train and support new clients in the use of our HR portal and provide on-going support to system users when they are up and running. Key Responsibilities: There are four key elements to this role: 1. Implementation support for sales partners • Whilst partners will undertake all their own implementations, this role involves working closely with the partner to develop and manage all aspects of the implementation process, including the plans, interdependencies, client relationship and expectation management and roll out management. • Define project processes related to implementations. • Develop resources for methods, procedures, and standards to use during deployment. • Review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with project standards to support partners with their customers going live. 2. System Training • Production of user friendly and highly professional training documentation. • Delivery of system training on partner or client site as required. • Training of company consultants on effective use of the HR system. 3. Technical Writing • Produce accurate, high quality, well-written product documentation. • Develop writing guidelines and documentation standards and practices for partners to use with their clients. 4. Partner Relationship Management • Engage in a professional manner with our partners to support them in their sales and implementation activities. • Capture partner / client feedback and communicate this to Solutions Director. • Proactively identify any system issues and raise with the appropriate person. You will have: • A 3rd Level Qualification. • At least three years IT Consulting experience with exposure to a wide range of business systems • Excellent attention to detail coupled with a strong focus on client needs. • A good understanding of business processes.
