Refrigeration Foreman, Rustenburg Refrigeration Foreman, Rustenburg Closing date 19 November 2010. A big local company in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry is looking for a Regional Veterinarian at their factory / offices in Rustenburg. This position is based in a plant/ processing environment with strict food safety requirements. Requirements - An accredited Trade Test (mechanical/millwright). - Mechanical experience in Ammoniac plant, preferable in a FMCG environment would be advantageous. - A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position would be highly advantageous - Operation and maintaining of an ammonia plant - Thorough understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors and mechanical disciplines - Knowledge of OHS act and safety practices - Ability to plan, organize and manage work proactively - Attention to detail - Commitment to delivery and quality - Ability to innovate and ensure sustainable development within the maintenance environment - Computer literacy - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Key Responsibilities: - Managing of all mechanical and refrigeration maintenance - Control of maintenance budget - Planning and scheduling of work within the maintenance environment - Training and performance management of the team - Manage mechanical projects and plant modifications - Manage critical spares, maintenance spares and workshop inventory - Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety rules and regulations Offer Please note that correspondence will be entered into with short-listed candidates only.
