Sales & Marketing Representative Your self-motivated and goal driven attitude is what we are looking for in this challenging and rewarding position as Sales & Marketing Representative at one of South Africa's leading Distribution Companies. This specific Division, based in Johannesburg, specialises in the door-to-door distribution of promotional material and newspapers. Only those individuals who meet with all the below minimum requirements will be considered for an interview. Minimum Requirements: Must have matric and a relevant tertiary qualification in sales/marketing would be highly advantageous Must have proven track record of at least 3 years sales experience within a competitive and pressurised environment Knowledge of the advertising industry would be preferred, but not a pre-requisite Must have good geographical knowledge of the Pretoria and Johannesburg area and able to travel extensively within the Pretoria and surrounds region Must be able to liaise, communicate, negotiate at the highest level in English and Afrikaans Must work extremely well under pressure and possess excellent time management and organisational skills Must be attentive to detail and have exceptional interpersonal skills Must be fully computer literate and able to present on diverse levels successfully Must be flexible, confident and pro-active Must have a friendly and supportive disposition Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Key Performance Areas: Actively and relentlessly work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets Pro-actively sell distribution products face-to-face, telephonically and think of creative ways to market service offering to increase prospects Maintain a high level of client retention and constant contact with existing and new clients Acquire new business and identify new business opportunities to increase opportunities for revenue growth Work on assigned projects and monitor competitors closely Maintain administrative duties and compile activity report In Return Our Client Offers: R8000 CTC per month ( inclusive of medical aid and retirement fund) R500 Cell phone Allowance R1200 petrol allowance Over and above commission on targets achieved/reached Permanent employment Opportunity for future career advancement
